My program requests that I hit my macros, the most important of which is protein. It asks that I hit about 200g of protein a day.

That's cute.

I'm currently "ramping up" to get to 100g a day. That is with supplements and increased meat intake. So i am looking for tricks. Because I am a child trapped in the sexy, thick body of a 30 year old woman, I googled "protein gummies recipe" and was not disappointed. However, in order to make a protein fruit gummy square that I could pop in the morning for a 10g dose of the good stuff, I would need to buy some collagen.

That's some expensive gummies, y'all. I went to Vitamin Shoppe to see if they had alternatives or sales. And boy-howdy did I walk in on a sale. They were having a balls-to-the-wall clearance of all things protein. Imma tell you what I nabbed:

10 different sample-sizes of protein powders for drinks

11 different protein bars (okay, one of them is a ball but whatever)

4 bags of chicken jerky

2 meat sticks

and a sack of something called MANCAKES

The total haul is over 400 g of protein per one serving of each item. That means, including all the mancakes, all the bags of chicken, and my heavy hand with some of the Pure Protein bars, I bought over 900g of protein. I could literally feed a small village.

What am I going to do with all this? Get swole Perform Science. I have a table (below) with the complete haul and I will systematically review each item as I encounter (eat) them over the month.
