Do you track your eating? That is probably my number one tool in my weight loss so far. It's so easy to eat way more food than you need, even of healthy food. I wouldn't know except that I write it all down.

Yup, we all know what we're supposed to be doing, but it can be tough to actually do it! If it was easy, we'd all be thin! Try to make a meal plan that keeps you eating healthy foods with lots of protein every couple hours. When I'm full all the time, I'm better able to resist temptations. When I'm hungry, watch out, I eat everything in sight!!

Thanks for your support and suggestions LilyN. I actually had my physical yesterday and the doctor asked if I had any concerns, so I told him my weight. He suggested I try a special diet to reduce triglycerides, which means no white flour, sugar and other items. So between your support, his suggestions and my willingness to try I'm hopeful to see some changes.
