Kristy, there are a few ways to get around that. Push-up bars are the easiest way to modify and still complete the exercise. They cost between $5-$15 most places, and can be found online or even at walmart. They allow you to keep your wrist in a neutral position and decrease pressure on the carpal tunnel.
Plank crunches can be done in a forearm plank position with the hands clasped.
Instead of Burpees you can do a squat jump to Warrior 3 alternating legs. :)
