So, as I've mentioned before, my partner works shift work in and out of town. I can be so good when it comes to sticking to my diet when he is away, but everything seems to disappear (including progress) when he comes back. Obviously, he's not forcing me to eat things I wouldn't normally! Moreso, it's this state of mind of letting more things slide... What are some good ways to focus on staying on track???

Not to mention...we bought a house?! Oops lol...totally something we've talked about for AGES but that's all it's been is talk!! Now?! There was celebratory drinking, and eating, and our anniversary...I'm terrified for weigh in. I feel like I've made zero progress! But I will not stop!! I would love some motivation from all the lovely girls and boys out there!!!
