Normally I dread the weekend due to wanting to eat and eat and eat.  Everything taste so good on the weekend! :) However since I've been participating in the diet bet it hasn't been bad.  I've been more mindful or what I eat to fuel my body.  It's getting just a little easier.  Believe would I rather gorge on donuts, chips and salsa, pancakes, french toast and lots and lots of syrup. You betcha I do.  Down right comfort food. YUM YUM.  I do know that when I eat better, I feel better, my skin and face look better.  Sometimes the hardest thing to do is the right thing.
