Thanks for being so open. It does hurt when someone you love comments on your weight. I can remember each time someone "nicely" mentioned about my size. I came to a point where I just accepted being big but regardless what I accepted in the mirror, I couldn't shake how horrible I felt/feel. It literally hurts to be overweight. I am so happy for you to have lost so much. Keep on swimming :)
