Yes I am back!! last week we were encouraged to increase our activity in our group session. So I am stepping up!! yes pun intended!! lol
I have signed up for a step bet as of today and while i have been told to look at an 8,000 step goal each day I know I can get more in during the day. My goals for step bet are just over 9,000 and 13,000 but I know it is doable with out stressing myself or my body.
my weight has slowly tracked downward after the intial drop but I am good with that as this is the best way to do it.
so as I said, I am back!! now time to get stepping!!!
