I'm so glad to see you are back on track! Back pain is so terrible! I'm so sorry to hear that you are in pain!I have been having terrible problems with sciatica pain from over training. I bought an inversion table and IT IS AMAZING!!! I also bought a tens unit. That helped so much more than the pain medication that the doctor has been trying to get me to take. Target and Walmart carry them and they are really inexpensive.
