Diet, Diet, Diet something I failed terribly today. First day back to work after my 4 days off and I biked this morning, not a terrible long bike ride but a solid 30 minutes of cardio for the return trip. No lunch for me today after working a straight busy 12 hours without a break. After work and the bike ride home I ate Supper followed by a Bender Fitness workout. I only did one round tonight, which I didn't find too difficult compared to yesterdays workout, and I wanted to at least do a second round but needed to get ready for bed after not getting enough sleep yesterday. Still not overly upset with the day but could have ate more and exercised more.
- Breakfast - 2 rice cakes and peanut butter
- Lunch - No Lunch (oops)
- Supper - Salad
^this is horrible I know, I usually eat more than this but I missed lunch, had supper and am now doing straight to bed. A work in progress.
