Good job, can you not make a little time too eat? I work 12 hour shift but always have a small break for lunch! :)

I can take a break but as a Dispatcher some days end up being extremely busy and if I don't pack a lunch I don't have enough time to run out and grab something (I usually at least bring a snack in case it's a busy day but where i biked I didn't have much room in my backpack). Today is different though, and I definitely had some lunch. I never like to skip meals because just like Jennie says its better to eat something even if its not all to healthy then nothing at all.

Lauren, where is your protein for lunch? That might be why you were out of sorts by the time you were doing your workout. The rest of your food sounds great- hope you enjoyed it, too!

Ya, my diet is one thing I need to get down.. this week I'm focusing on cutting out any really unhealthy foods such as fast food or chips (my weakness), the fine tuning will come after. I know from experience I have to slowly change my habits in order to get where I want to be and keep up with it. Thanks for the advice!
