Another day down in the books, got in a 20 minute bike ride and a Bender Fitness workout.  I am very sore however I took two days off for exercise early this week so I have to power through it.  For diet:

  • breakfast - mini bagel, turkey bacon, 1 egg
  • lunch - fruit and granola
  • supper - salmond, potatoes, veggies

These blog posts are very repetitious and bland but are here for me to track my diet and exercise.  So until tonight/tomorrow's posts..
