Was a little disappointed in myself, where I didn't put in the cardio for day 9., However I went through a Bender Fitness workout twice.  Would have rathered to do it 1 more time to make up for not doing cardio but I had just waited too late in the day and needed to get to bed.

  • breakfast - mini bagel, boiled eggs, turkey bacon
  • lunch - granola
  • supper - salmon, potatoes, & veggies.

 

Definitely pushing to get the cardio in for tonight.
