I have forgotten how many times I have started over.  Today is yet another chance to start anew.  The older I get, the more I believe in baby steps.  Today I signed up, weighed in, took my morning meds, and have the goal of drinking water.  It is already 10 am so I will aim for at least 90 ounces.

I need my inlaws to leave so I can start purging the house of all the processed sugared foods.  This year is nothing compared to the past.  There have been years where I have felt like I was living in the Gingerbread house.  Glad they know I have diabetes?  Has that knowledge "helped" them not bring their (over)weight in sugar?  Praying for snowplows!  Get them out of here!

I didn't sleep well last night.  Not enough movement and too much rich food.  Good - started up-ing the water intake, did not eat the gross processed roll at dinner, did not finish the homemade pumpkin pie with homemade whipped cream, received a fitbit as a gift and am looking forward to using it.
