3 days in and I am at goal because I poo'd?!!!!  Gross.  Why does my body hold on to literal shit?  Diabetic with IBS, what a combo.


It is cold outside with mounds of snow everywhere.  When I lived on campus I could walk 3-4 times a week.  When I worked under my old boss, Mr. Incompetent Asshole, I remembered to talk my stress-reducing walk breaks everyday.


Now I use these as excuses as to why I am reverting to old habits.  I live 7 miles away in the country, which might as well be a million miles away from the track.  I work for a wonderful boss, Mrs Competent, and I love working again, so much so, I forget to drink my water, much less take a 15 minute walk break!


How is it I actually take better care of myself when I am uncomfortable at work or in my marriage?
