Wow, good on you. A lot of those are awesome ideas, and some sound like torture! My main strategy is one you listed, to drink water for busy hands, if l'm not actually hungry, to curb snacking. l am one of those mindless eaters, so that's something l'm paying attention to.
My other technique is to eat mostly high fiber whole fruits/veggies, that way the food l eat goes right through me :). l live by myself though so l don't need to have a scheduled meal plan. lt takes more work if you're preparing food for more than just yourself, so my approach is a lot more carefree. l'm not sure how long l can keep up this healthy streak, but so far so good!
l don't park close to entrances either. l'm afraid of door dings. My college semester just started and of course l leave five minutes late so that's a long and brisk walk across both the parking lot and the campus haha
