Day 3 involved a lot of food temtations - pizza, donuts, chips and cookies all of which were put in my face and I turned them all away! My goal for the first week was to not eat anything bad, not be super strict with my diet, just not eat anything bad and work my way up from there - so far so good! I had planned on biking to work again today but it was calling for rain so I drove. Lucky me my boyfriend brought me lunch so I did not starve myself today. After my second day of work on this rotation (2 more to go) I came home and had supper followed by a quick Bender Fitness workout. This workout was not so pretty, I had to modify just about every exercise and even still by the end my shoulders were just to sore to hold the planks. This is very frustrating because it puts into perspective how much out of shape I let myself get but here I am here working on improving myself for me, so with time....
- Breakfast - 2 rice cakes and peanut butter (my go to this week - its fast and easy to grab whem I'm on my way out the door for work), strawberries and pineapple
- Lunch - turkey sandwich and tapioca pudding
- Supper - turkey, Potatoes, beans and the last of the tapioca pudding
Going to get in a quick round of skipping for some cardio today (15 minutes) and then it's off to bed again for another early long day of work tomorrow. I can not wait for my days off so I have more time to focus on my food and workouts.
