I am starting my first DietBet in 4 days.  I didn't eat very well today.  I had a seminar today and ate bagels, a muffin, and at lunch my portion was way too big (which I knew) and I had a chocolate chip cookie and two brownies after my lunch.  I also drank a pepsi instead of water or diet soda.  I am a little worried about how to deal with sugar cravings.  It is so addicting!  It feels so good in my mouth and tastes so good and for that moment I enjoy it and 'don't care'.  My pattern when I diet is I can go without sugar for about 4-5 days then I let it creep back into my life and then I feel guilty and then I am off the diet lol.  And then is the worst part, I go on a 'screw it' binge and eat cakes, cookies, donuts, etc. My hope with DietBet is that in the past these behaviors were always in private.  I need to get these addictive behaviors out in the open and share it with others who are going through the same thing.
