Missed yesterdays blog post AND a workout.  Tough day at work emotionally yesterday and I am struggling with some big life decisions for what will make me happier.  The workout did not happen because of a little health problem I was having but I seem to be back to normal today, so should be back in the swing of things today.  However, on a lighter note my diet didn't fail too much even though I was having some big cravings.

 

  • Breakfast - 2 rice cakes and peanut butter
  • Lunch - cucumbers and a turkey sandwich
  • Supper - shrimp, potatoes, beans and carrots

 

Itching to get a workout in tonight.  Another post to follow for todays update.
