In December, I was at my all time highest weight. I was miserable. My clothes were a size I said I'd never wear. I was eating crap every day. I constantly caught colds and flus and took weeks to recover. I decided for myself that enough was enough.

In January, I started using MyfitnessPal app to be accountable for my food choices. I also received a Fitbit arm band and started using this to monitor my exercise and water intake.  I lost a few pounds that month and my motivation rose. 

In February, Shaytards started a Dietbet 4 and I signed up. I was amazed by how involved and supportive everyone was. How knowledgeable people were about food, exercise, weight loss in general. I learned so much in just 30 days. I also panicked when it was over. How was I going to stay motivated? 

Next I signed up for the Transformer May-Nov Dietbet10. Enough of these small goals, I was going all in! Guns blazing! I have never stuck to a goal so long in my life. My health is ten times better. I find making healthy food choices so much easier. I can say no to snacks and desserts. I'm eager to exercise and seek out new ways to get my calorie burn. 

I'm starting another Dietbet10 in 3 days, and hopefully by the end of it, I'll be about 20lbs away from my goal weight for life!  Not only that, I'll be ready to live my life confidently and proud, knowing that I can do anything I set my mind to.
