Another emotionally tough day yesterday, with work, big life decisions and not knowing what path to take.  Because of that I let my workouts take the hit for a second day in a row.  Again the blog is going up a day late but I'll follow it up with today's blog later on tonight.  So yesterday was my last day of my 4 day work rotation it was a stressful day and I didn't complete any amount of exercise, so I'll just follow with what I ate:

  • Breakfast - oatmeal
  • lunch - shrimp, potatoes, beans
  • Snack - crispy minis
  • Supper - turkey sandwich

Starting today I have 4 days off so I'll be hitting the exercise regimen hard and in a few days begin a stricter diet, so until tonights post..
