Back into the swing of things today.  Got off with a rough start when I woke up to the small health issue that was bothering me the other day but It eventually wore off and I got accomplished what I had hoped.  Got in a 30 minute run and a Bender Fitness workout.

  • Breakfast - oatmeal
  • lunch - shrimp and beans
  • supper - cucumers and turkey

 

Back at it again tomorrow.
