I hope you feel better soon! My massage therapist advises me to flush those toxins out by pushing plenty of fluids, especially water (with lemon or cucumber), but green juices are ok too, but avoid sugar to fight the nausea and fatigue. I try to push at least three quarts of water after a toxin releasing massage. Good luck. I'm glad you're feeling positive!

I also use peppermint essential oil to fight off the nausea and headaches. I just keep a little oil soaked cotton ball in a ziplock bag in my purse and breath it in or rub it on the back of my neck and wrists.
