I'm so excited i'm starting to figure out my balance. I'm figuring out how i need to eat, how to fit working out into my schedule without losing time with my husband and slacking on other commitments. I'm so excited to start feeling happiness again and looking forward to things again also. 

 

I wrote this dow in my Blogilates fitness Journal (GOOGLE IT AND GET ONE, it's so awesome!), which I picked back up after not looking at for months and months

You've gained a new found motivation

You've gained new tools

You've lost strength

You've lost skill

You've lost wanting to give up

You've lost wanting to cheat

You've lost your wanting to be lazy"

 

Lots of new ways to look at things and lots of new things to appreciate.
