I've had a bad week/month, i have not cared about meal prepping, what I put in my mouth, waking up early enough to make myself a good breakfast like I did day 1, week 1. Luckily I have still being doing my crossfit but I have thrown yoga and zumba out the window :( 

I've decided tomorrow will be day 1 all over again, not day 49 or 50, day 1. It's the day I feel the most motivated, have the most desire to change, have the highest level dedication to my health, and around week 3/4/5ish it sort of starts to diminishes.. I don't put forth as much effort for the day to day successful tools I give myself such as finding good satisfying lunch and breakfast recipies, waking up early enough to eat breakfast at home, I have that random diet coke on a Wednesday and not my designated Friday, i got milano's for valentines day.. do you THINK any of those are left... NOOOO!!! I was SO lucky i was down .6 last week.. and there is no reason I should've lost at all.. I know i'm up this week. So tomorrow I'm weighing in and it's going to be another day 1 with before pictures and motivation and encouragment and the whole kitten kaboodle. 

Maybe when we feel we're starting to platue or feel "over" the dieting, working out, healthy lifestyle maybe that's the day 0 day.. that's the day you clean out the fridge pantry again, go to the grocery store and the health food store and stock up for a successful week, make a new list of goals, have that "one last dirty meal" and then it's day 1. 

I don't think there is anything wrong with having 12, 24, 36, 48..etc day 1's in a year.. pretty soon maybe there will be 365 day 1.. everyday you are just as dedicated, motivated, and excited to make those healthy choices, and make goals, and encorage others and feel excited about the future and that doctors visit in 5 months. 

Revisit day 1 as often as you need! I've never cheated on a day 1.. maybe the trick is to not look at a week like day 1 day 2 day 3 day 4... maybe we look at it as Day 1x6 and then Day 1.5 we weigh in make lots of good choices and then maybe if we have desert after our chicken and brocoli, then we have desert and it was amazing and we chewed with our tongue and gums so we don't enhale it.... we didn't share either :P  

 

OHH what a week.. and those stupid milanos.. my goodness. And I wanted to hit 40lbs this week too :( Next week! 

Excited to go to the health food store tonight for more Zevia and Epic Bars and Larabars! WOO HOO! Becase tomorrow is Day 1! :) Stay tuned for that fun unofficial weight post tomorrow :P
