hello everyone! I am new to DietBet and I must admit I am kinda nervous excited and scared all at the same time.

Welcome! This is my first transformer challenge. Last month I did my first kickstarter/dietbet. I did make my goal. I have to say I enjoy this online community. Everyone on here is very positive and supportive. We are all in this together to be healthy. Good luck to you!

Thanks :-) I can tell you one thing that has helped me to stay on track is keeping a food journal of everything I eat. I have a Samsung phone so I use the S Health to keep a food journal.
