Good luck with your DietBet, it sounds like you’ve got a lot going on right now. Stay positive and start by setting small goals. Something like making healthier choices for a day or getting in some exercise for ___ days this week. Once you start reaching those goals make some more. When I start seeing any kind of progress it encourages me to do more. I also find that logging my food on My Fitness Pal helps keep me honest with myself. Just some ideas to hopefully help you get started. Have faith in yourself,I know you can do it! Prayers for you and your family also
