Although I am attentive to what I am eating I am not feeling deprived. I am focusing on the positive aspects in my life. The energy level that comes from taking care of myself. The sleep I am getting without medications. There is a natural high with the exercise and I love that. At the same time I am doing beginners yoga I get to meditate and state a positive intention for the day. If for some reason I get off track like the new kitchen being put in is very noisy and intrusive, I can stop go outside do some Asanas and get back to where I want to be. Stating my intention throughout the day helps me also. My intention for this month is to heal from the inside with love. Namaste
