Um, Where do I start?

Thanks WW worked for me in the past but I'm just not feeling it anymore. It became too much of a routine to cheat or not really pay attention to the points, the good thing is that I do know point values in my head for a lot of foods so I'm in tune with what I shouldn't be eating. I downloaded "Lose It" and it's based on calories in vs calories out so hopefully this one works well for me.
