So I don't have a blog and not really sure how to use a blog but here goes. I have no idea where to start, I'm getting super motivated but tomorrow is the day. I've used weight watchers forever and I guess it's good but probably didn't work for me being that I'm still here, trying to do this. I guess one day at a time. Here we go.

Sign in to CommentThanks WW worked for me in the past but I'm just not feeling it anymore. It became too much of a routine to cheat or not really pay attention to the points, the good thing is that I do know point values in my head for a lot of foods so I'm in tune with what I shouldn't be eating. I downloaded "Lose It" and it's based on calories in vs calories out so hopefully this one works well for me.
I've heard Weight watchers works for a lot of people. If you live in the states its even easier because so many grocery store items are labeled with it. If you do it honestly, i'm sure you'll see results! :)
If you start to find its not the right workout/diet regimen for you, take a look at how other people on this site lose weight? Maybe it will match your lifestyle more?

I recommend you read a book called "it starts with food" or go to the whole9 website. There is a ton of information on how to do a Whole30 there. So far I don't crave a darn thing, the weight is just falling off me and my skin is already glowing...plus I just feel good. I like not fighting with food. It is freeing.
Weight Watchers didn't work for me, either. I didn't really care for the facilitator, which is dumb, because she's not the one trying to lose weight, I AM, but I wasted 6 months and hundreds of miles and dollars going there. I think if I just get really active on this site, I'll do better. I just did my first blog post!!! Good luck Annybabes!! cute name.

You got this! Don't know what you are doing now but here's how I started last time I dropped a bunch of weight. I lost 74lbs but gained 30 back so I need a little boost. I started by not changing too much about my diet. I eased into it. Week 1 I went on four long walks and continued increasing my exercise each week. I also changed something about my diet each week. One week no alcohol, another week no fried food, etc. You CAN do this!
