I've heard Weight watchers works for a lot of people. If you live in the states its even easier because so many grocery store items are labeled with it. If you do it honestly, i'm sure you'll see results! :)
If you start to find its not the right workout/diet regimen for you, take a look at how other people on this site lose weight? Maybe it will match your lifestyle more?

Thanks WW worked for me in the past but I'm just not feeling it anymore. It became too much of a routine to cheat or not really pay attention to the points, the good thing is that I do know point values in my head for a lot of foods so I'm in tune with what I shouldn't be eating. I downloaded "Lose It" and it's based on calories in vs calories out so hopefully this one works well for me.
