My first DietBet starts tomorrow.  I am excited.  I don't have much weight to lose but feel that being with a large group of people cheering ecah other on will be a big help.  I know that talking about changing my eating habits and doing it are two different things.  Detoxing sweets for a couple of days is usually pretty easy bc usually I'm coming off some kind of binge and I feel disgusted.  Staying off sweets, cake, cookies for 2 or 3 weeks is where it gets tough!  This is when it's time to put my money where my mouth is.  The end result (I like the way I look and feel) is worth it.  But's that's where I need you- to get through the tough times.  Good luck and let's stay strong.  We can do this.
