I was a little all over the place with my food and indulged slightly so I guess I'll consider day 7 my cheat day.  For exercise I played a game of basketball and did a Bender Fitness workout.  Back on the grind for food today..

I basically snacked all day and didn't really have any set meals so here is what I ate:

2 mini bagels, mussels, potatoe salad, choclocate bar and a granola bar.
