Here on db, I have realized, it’s the perfect place to check an information I’ve read once in a book about the power of moon: Allegedly by increasing /waxing moon, especially by full moon, it’s difficult to lose weight. So, my question: Have you noticed smth like that? I.e., have you noticed that periodically (like the last 2 weeks) losing weight is more difficult than usually?
Tomorrow is full moon. I’ll be here again in 2 weeks, and ask you again the same question. If you notice that, conversely, the next about 2 weeeks (i.e., by decreasing / waning moon) indeed it’s easier to lose weight, please let me know!
