Non-scale victory of the week!

I tried this once before and did well the first week butfell off the wagon. I am trying it again afew months later, weighing around 8 lbs more than my start weight before.

Staying consistent with some excercise and the right food intake

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can't tell in the clothing yet, but week 1 went fairly well. I stayed away from the carbs for the most part, except I had some mac and cheese last night, but that was it for the week. I stayed away from sugar as well. I am pleased but do not want to get overly excited here. This is just a small dent in the overall picture. LOL

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done more walking and gone to the gym more. I went two times.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To keep staying away from high caarbs and sugar. My goals are to look for new ideas on what to snack on and eat. I also want to excercise more often.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined a few days ago, but only worked out once. The bright side is I am sticking with what works best with me as far as shedding the lbs. I have not gotten on the scale since the weign-in. I have a bad habit of doing that each and every day when trying to lose. I am going to approach it differently this time.

Did some walking around the neighborhood.
