I am still trying to get up before work to do my workout (Insanity) I know it will be better to do it in the morning so I won't have an excuse why I can't do it after work...had an appointment, grocery shopping, etc. But it's so hard right now!! I did it Tuesday morning and it felt great not to have to workout after work. I got up this morning to workout but decided to go back to sleep instead lol. I have still been getting in my daily workouts and tonight is yoga so I'm totally ok with my choices.

I am DETERMINED to get in the habit of getting up extra early and getting that workout done for the day!!
