Early Morning Workouts

I'm with you, Christina. I am so much happier when my workout is done before work so that when I get home I can just do what I want. I was successful every day this week until today, when I slept in (accidentally) 90 minutes later than usual. So much for workout time. But I work hard to get as many of my 10K steps in during the day as possible (I'm at about 3500 right now) and that would leave just my strength training to do later.

You'll get there... just keep telling yourself it's important. I find I almost always manage to find the time for what I believe is important to me.
