I have been having some bad days lately.  Well bad evenings.  I get home from work and snack before dinner, eat dinner, snack after.  I had been good about getting exercise in when I get home but now I can't seem to make myself.  Luckily, I have still be losing, though not as quickly as I'll need to to make my goal.  So here is my recommittment!  I will workout in the evenings - go on a walk, stair master, some body weight activities - SOMETHING, ANYTHING that will keep me occupied until dinenr is ready!
