Hey all, thought I would share an easy bodyweight exercise that I got from the "Game On Diet" book!  Hope this helps you out (great for when space, equipment or time is a problem).

 

Complete each set once through and remember to stretcher!

 

Set #1

20 x push ups

1 min jumping jacks

20 x crunches

 

Set #2

20 x incline push ups

1 min jumping jackets

20 x crunches

 

Set #3

20 x push ups

1 min jumping jacks

20 x crunches

 

Set #4

20 x bench ups

1 min jumping jacks

20 x bench ups

1 min jumping jacks

20 x bench ups

 

Set #5

20 x squats

1 min run in place

20 x squats

1 min run in place

20 x squats

1 min run in place

 

Set #6

1 min boxing in place

20 x crunches

1 min boxing in place

20 x crunches

1 min boxing in place

20 x crunches

 

Stretch and relax, remember to drink lots of water!
