got out walking more, but since a shoulder injury and then a leg injury, I haven't been able to workout.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

keep refining eating, but it's hard to make progress with the no ability to work out strenuously.

had a day where I couldn't bring myself to do a full workout...so I went for a walk instead.

it's been hard getting back into a healthy routine with some difficult work and life issues that have come up. I may not make the first month, but I'm determined to catch up!

In Northern Ontario on a medical post, had to weigh in in scrubs today. proud of myself because eating well and exercising is not easy up here. looking forward to returning home next week and get back on track.

went on vacation and still managed to eat well (ish) and loss some weight. It is due to all the walking and activities, but still...for me it's a victory.

Nothing! I managed to keep at it while surrounded by temptation.
