
Thought I would share my favourite smoothie recipe. It is easy to make and great for quick meals on the go!
1 cup fat free or soy milk
1 banana peeled and frozen (or any other fruit)
6 almonds or 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
1/2 cup fat-free greek yogurt (I prefer vanilla)
1 pinch cinnamon
This is from the Game On Diet book, but I have since made one small change (or two)...
2 fist fulls of spinach
1 fist full of carrot (optional)
The addition of the spinach and/or carrots is great and adds a little extra to the smoothie!
Not sure why all my photos rotate, they look fine on my computer but see photo attached!
