You will grow to love low carb. I've lived mostly low carb for years- i now combine that with Intermittent Fasting strategy- and count carbs and calories for max results. I have never felt better, less hungry, more energetic and truly not tempted. I've lost 30+ lbs since 8.22.. Feel strong and steady- like I can live t his way rather than "diet" this way. My menus include lots of greens/ lean protein, kale protein shakes for lunch 4-5 days a week, which are so satisfying, filling and just sweet enough to keep me going. Looking forward to this DB to keep me moving forward - still have 25lbs + to go.
