Look at the nutrition . . . My Fitness Pal can help with that. I am finding it especially helpful. Look at the Carbs and Proteins primarily. I discovered that I eat way over the recommended carbs and was way under on protein.

When you enter a food in My Fitness Pal, you can click on that food and get the nutrition for it. Or look at a whole day. I did a blog on it this morning and was surprised to find where I can make simple changes that can reverse what I was doing.

Yeah, MFP has helped me realize that the weekends are bad for me. I need to really stay on track on the weekends.
