Great attitude! I'm planning to sign up for at least one game later this week - probably Jullian's game. I still have 100lbs to lose, so I'll be around here for a long time. I also didn't get started really until the 2nd week. That's also when I discovered myfitnesspal and its calorie counter, which was awesome. It has kind of given me the tools to experiment with recipes and is continuously teaching me the real stuff that's in food. I had no idea that flour tortillas were so high in calories! Best of luck as you continue and congratulations on your weight and inch loss!

Thanks for the idea about coconut oil instead of creamer! Do you just add to the bottom and then the coffee? If I must give up my creamer, your idea sounds lovely. A friend of mine suggested cutting dairy for the next 12 days, so that's in my plan.

Every other day IS a good transition! Keep it up!! I also started back to the gym this week, but haven't made it as often as I had hoped.

Every other day is a good transition from doing nothing. Set small, realistic, goals that you think you can stick to....and build from there. Unfortunately, big change doesn't happen overnight. Yes you can (just a slower pace). Once I worked up to a certain fitness level, I started running....it was incredibly motivating to be prepping for my first 5K, or obstacle run. You might want to work towards being able to complete something??
