Emily, if the food you ate had a lot of sodium, that would definitely do it!!! Start drinking plenty of water to flush your body, & then see what happens tomorrow. Sodium causes water retention & that can cause a stall or a gain. Two months ago, I couldn't sleep. It was late at night, so I cut my TV on & went into my kitchen & grabbed a big bag of sunflower seeds. (If you read my blog "My Weakness For Nuts", you'll understand where I'm going with this. LOL!!!) Anyway, I started watching a really good movie, & ended up eating half the bag!!! Girl, it was too late to flush my body, but trust me, I had a gain of 2 pounds!!! I was like "WTH"??? Then I remembered all of those seeds I'd eaten!!! I didn't flush my body with water because it was too late. If I did, I would have been running back & forth to the bathroom the entire night!!! Check your weigh tomorrow & see what happens. Good luck!!! :-)
