So it feels like I'm starting over. I got down to 156lbs right before our European vacation and it is hard to accept that things have changed and I'm not entirely sure why or how. The picture is me at my lowest during our vacation, we did so much walking that I actually dropped even more weight. It feels like it is getting harder to not only drop 1 pound, but to be motivated to do my work, but I need to dig deep and get it done.

My game plan is: 

-Drink lot of water

-Run a minimum 2x's 

-Eat smaller portions

-Don't eat as much unhealthy food

-Lots of fruits and veggies

 

Hopefully at the end of 6 months I will have lost 20lbs. That's the goal anyway.
