I can say that I have succesfully lost weight and gain it back. That story that we All know. The last time this happened was less than 6 months ago. At the same time I'm trying to keep the weight off and having a healthy Life. Doing yoga has invited me to do this the right way.....and truth to be said, I los those kilos under Medical supervision but not in the right way. I never get to do a diet for more than 6 weeks and I thinks it's because I tend to rebel to rules. So, I'm changing all those ideas and working in my mind and my spirituallity to be not skinny but healthy. My goal is to run a half marathon un a year and be able to do more asanas in my yoga class. Sure I have a dream number for my scale but it's bigger the dream to be strong and to have fun hiking and running!!

Sign in to CommentI did that too. I lost weight in a DietBet10 transformer over 6 months, but then I gained most of it back within 2 months. Ugh! I'm working on getting back to where I was and then getting to my ultimate goal (and hopefully not gaining it back ever again)! I agree about the not just being skinny too. Let's all work together to be super fit, healthy, and strong!
Hey Betzabe! BTW love your name! We all know that story too well. The goal this month is to do very realistic things that don't feel like "rules" i totally get what u mean. The minute you say you r on a diet...the more hungrier u r...the more u crave etc. This time around lets go for practicing behaviors that will inevitability shed pounds. Please make sure you read my blog with tips and also don't forget to list your goals for the month--3-5 realistic ones :) xoxo
