Well said :) I gained quite a bit today too, but I was really good and exercised a lot so I'm hoping the gain is just water weight. Sometimes when the scale goes up or stays the same it is just your body taking time to adjust for your actions. You can do it! Stay strong :)

Hey Betzabe! BTW love your name! We all know that story too well. The goal this month is to do very realistic things that don't feel like "rules" i totally get what u mean. The minute you say you r on a diet...the more hungrier u r...the more u crave etc. This time around lets go for practicing behaviors that will inevitability shed pounds. Please make sure you read my blog with tips and also don't forget to list your goals for the month--3-5 realistic ones :) xoxo

I did that too. I lost weight in a DietBet10 transformer over 6 months, but then I gained most of it back within 2 months. Ugh! I'm working on getting back to where I was and then getting to my ultimate goal (and hopefully not gaining it back ever again)! I agree about the not just being skinny too. Let's all work together to be super fit, healthy, and strong!
