Yeah I'm off Wednesdays & Thursdays ^_^ !
It's getting close to midnight, but wanted to post. :D I've been working out for about 6 days(since last Thursday, it's now Tuesday) straight and eating vegan no problem. But today I wanted to go to bed and sleep, and sleep. What I did was mentally slap myself in the face and take off my awesome makeup, that by the way was on-point today and start my sweat session.
I know what you're thinking, "just do it the morning", well ideally it'd be morning and after work, but I'm still adjusting. Aside from my love affair with Food I confessed yesterday, I'm kind of married to Sleep. Crazy love triangle, I KNOW! I have no idea how I manage it either.

Anyhow, now that you know that I've been sticking to the awesome of vegan aaaand still working out (guess what my are legs so sore!), I have to go Food Shopping tomorrow!!! I love food shopping, and what I'll be doing is a mono cleanse for about 5-7days, not sure yet. My choice is bananas, 30 bananas a day.

Disclaimer: Nooo I don't feel this is extreme, I am NOT Punishing OR Depriving myself at all. I'm enjoying the shit out of this journey. Also, NO I'm not following a trend, I chose this, and NO not forever, hence '5-7days.' Tomorrow I have more info about my journey and how I've reached the place I am today. I'll also talk about buying food and fun stuff like that, or just about me buying food.
