Lose weight the fun way.

Chrissy. I am just reading this now. Thanks for your support. Unfortunately I gained majority of the weight I lost during this back. I was hoping to at least get my $30 back. I only had 2 lbs to lose at the beginning of last week, but I gained instead of lost. Trust me I want my Dad to be proud of me, but like you said we all want to live happier, healthier lives and my one bad day turned into two and then I get so discouraged. Maybe this wasn't the bet for me, maybe I'll try another one.

Yes ..... that's the additude for success ;))))
I know how discouraging it is when we don't see the results we want.....but' it is a new day..;))) ....we need to forget about our bad choices yesterday....& move on to a new day ;))))
