After doing this for a few weeks, I totally recommend Swiss ball cardio as a way to get the heart rate way up without impacting the ankles/knees too much!

As I said, I love Paul Eugene's chair workouts, I just modify them a bit, so I can do them while bouncing on the Swiss ball and swinging my arms. Go for it, if you are injured - or if you are just looking for a new, fun workout option! :-) All it takes is a Swiss ball and some high energy music or workout video.
